    Creative Economic Development Model Based on Coconut Products Through Business Mentoring

    Creative economy is an economic sector that has given contribution in creating jobs, increasing exports, creating innovation and creativity, and providing a positive social impact in improving quality of life and tolerance. This research take place in "Rizki Abadi" Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) in Sekardangan, Papungan Village, Kanigoro District, Blitar Regency. This SME produces coconut-based snacks called opak gambir. Several obstacles faced by this SME includes lack of innovation in product packaging, unstable raw material prices, inadequate human resources, and conventional marketing methods. The purpose of this research is to depict the model of Opak Gambir-based creative economy development through product innovation, problem identification, and solution making. This research uses primary and secondary data source which consist of direct field observations, interviews, journals, and other articles related. The result of this research found that simple packaging methods, inconsistent labeling and conventional marketing methods lead to inaccurate service and less extensive marketing reach. Unstable raw material price affects sales stability, while the quality of raw materials does not affect sales stability. The environment has no impact to the sales stability due to competition among SME's. Simple production equipment does not significantly affect the stability of sales, while the quantity of sealer affects production's punctuality. Skills and the amount of labor do not have an impact on sales stability. Meanwhile, business mentoring has an ability to help increase in sales due to its support in using online media for promotion and adding the quantity of sealer. In addition, it helps SME attain raw materials from Koperasi.     ABSTRAKThis research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the variables of Customer Experience, Ease of Use and Customer Trust towards Repurcase Intention at the Shopee online shop at the Santri Pesantren Campus Ainul Yaqin Unisma. This research uses explanatory research with descriptive and quantitative approaches. The population in this study were students of Ainul Yaqin Unisma Jln. Tata Surya, Lowokwaru sub-district, Dinoyo, Malang online shop user Shopee.co.id. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling assisted by the Slovin formula, so the research sample was obtained as many as 67 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 25.0 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the variables of Customer Experience, Ease of Use and Customer Trust had a significant effect simultaneously on Repurcase Intention. Customer Experience and Customer Trust variables have a partially significant effect on Repurcase Intention, while the Ease of Use variable does not have a partial significant effect on Repurcase Intention.Keywords: Customer Experience, Ease Of Use, Customer Trust, Repurcase Intentio

    AbstractThis study aims to explain the effect of sales promotion, hedonic shopping motivation and web quality on impulse buying at Shopee's online shop. The variables used in this study consist of 4 variables, namely the dependent variable is impulse buying and the independent variables are sales promotion, hedonic shopping motivation, and web quality. The data used are primary and secondary data, obtained from students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Sampling was done using purposive sampling method. Data analysis used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of sales promotion, hedonic shopping motivation and web quality have a positive effect on impulse buying for FEB UNISMA students.     Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture, and quality of work life on employee performance (study at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas (DISPERKIM) Bondowoso Regency). the population in this study were employees who were registered as civil servants at the Bondowoso Regency Housing and Settlement Area (DISPERKIM).
